Return/Refund Policy- Rident Kitchen

All of the items selling on website even the small gadgets will be double checked and tested by our quality control team before they are sent out. We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products. Most importantly, we guarantee your satisfaction or we guarantee to make it right! Hence, we provide open delivery service. If You are not Satisfied returned them and you will be Refunded. 


Please make sure you that you need the item after the payment if you cannot cancel (There is no cancellation) only cancellation allowed in emergency case the order 10% cancellation chargers will be charged if you cancel the order. We will refund you the amount after deducting the cancellation charges we will refund you the order amount. Order cannot be cancelled after dispatched. There is no Cancellation we reviewed your request and then we will decide because we are giving wholesale rate not Retail. (Profit Margins are very limited  )
Refunds (if applicable)We don’t  take replacement or return(if you want the courier  charges will be bear by customer) 
 we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit or Debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
